At 46 I was seriously unwell, dismissed by doctors, exhausted, and losing myself. By 51 I had reversed it through diagnostic testing and targeted functional nutrition.
I had my first missed period at 53. At 60 I am thriving in the tail end of perimenopause, without HRT, without giving up my vitality, my energy, or my life.
I'm a certified Integrated Women's Health Coach, trained in Functional Nutrition, Hypnosis, and NLP. I advise the British Standards Institution and the International Organisation for Standardisation on Menstrua health and Menopause in the Workplace.
